Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed in 24-hours; shipping in 3-5 Business Days. Excluding holidays and weekends.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are processed on weekdays during business hours. Orders are currently shipping in 3-5 business days, not including weekends or holidays, unless otherwise noted. 

 

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We apologize but at this time we do not offer expedited shipping. 

 

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do ship internationally.

 

What if I need to change my delivery address after I’ve placed my order?
We’re unable to make any changes to your shipping address once your order has been placed. Please be sure all pertinent information is entered correctly prior to finalizing your order, this includes accurate apartment or suite numbers, zip codes, telephone numbers, etc...

 

What if I received confirmation that my order has shipped, I’ve checked the tracking number status on the carrier’s website but my package has not arrived yet? We know things happen but unfortunately we aren’t responsible for lost or stolen packages. All customers receive tracking and carrier information which can be used to track your package or to contact the carrier directly to file a claim for a lost or stolen package. Customers are responsible for filing lost or stolen claims with the carrier. Untourage The Label is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and does not file any claims on behalf of the customer.

 

What is a pre-order?

At Untourage The Label, a pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for sale, but will be soon. 

 

What if I order an item that is currently available and a pre-order item? 
Mixed orders consisting of currently available and pre-order items: the products will be dispatched at two different times, but you will be charged only once for the shipping fees. Don’t worry, we got you covered!  

 

What if I order two different pre-sale items that do not have the same estimated shipping dates? 
Orders consisting of pre-order items with different estimated shipping dates: the products will be shipped together on the latest estimated shipping date.

Your credit card will be charged for the full pre-sale retail amount. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the pre-sale package is shipped.
